The After-Sales process is controlled by our Operations team and includes
The Operations team liaise closely with Sales, Design, Purchasing,
Quality Control and Production, to ensure that customers are provided with
a finished product of the highest quality.
Contracts
Your initial contact after order is our Contracts Engineers, who control
all aspects of contract administration, resolving all questions and queries
and acting as the focal point of communication.

Together with a special relationship with preferred suppliers and sub-contractors,
our buying skills enable us to supply parts of the highest quality at short
notice as necessary.
Quality Control
By inspection and monitoring of all manufactured components, prior to
and during the build of the dryers, they will meet the stringent qualities
both we and our customers require.

Purchasing
The purchasing of all materials, whether proprietary items or raw materials
for fabrication and machining, is strictly controlled, thus ensuring full
traceability.
Throughout the production process, all items are fully inspected by
our Quality Assurance Inspector.
