Our Design Department includes staff with over 100 years collective experience.
All new design work is produced on CAD using top of the range computer equipment.
Obviously, we did not always have CAD and designs were drawn by hand. We retain copies of every drawing ever produced so that full design details of equipment are available. This is a necessity as machine designs are constantly improved. Customers wishing to modify their existing equipment to incorporate these new designs can be assured that the modifications are suitable and correct.
Backed by a highly skilled team of draughtsmen, our Design and Development Manager supervises the department in
the preparation of layout and detail design drawings, preparing and agreeing specifications
to client's requirements and vetting and approving sub-contractors' design and manufacturing methods.
Together with the rest of the design office
staff, customers are always assured of quality designs.
