The next stage after full installation is Commissioning of the equipment. During installation, the dryer will be pre-set to its normal startup configuration.
After ensuring that all upstream and downstream equipment is running satisfactorily, the plant may be started up and wet feed supplied to the dryer. Our Commissioning Engineer will re-set any parameters necessary to ensure that the dryer operates at optimum efficiency and gives the output required.
We will liaise with other contractors as necessary during commissioning.
For example, if our equipment includes proprietary gas or oil fired burners,
a specialised engineer will be on-site specifically to set the burners
correctly.
